USThe Pool, the kitchen, no carpet!!!! The view from our building was stunning. Parking attendant was very nice. Close to Destin and restaurants. Our patio had2 small cool tables facing the ocean with stools made out of heavy-duty plastic. One could sit and have candles eating facing the view or put the two together make a bigger table. Make note all of the condos are not the same.
The lobby was humid and stagnate waiting for elevators, I can imagine worse in July.
