GBThe shower was ok.
The location was too far out and no 4g and the WiFi was terrible having a 9 year old that wasn’t too amused. The cooker had 3 knobs broken so had to use 1 to switch on the rings and oven. The toilet flush was difficult to use and eventually just the morning of leaving it broke off. The first night we had water running down the inside of the bedroom and stale damp smell from the room and curtains that was torn and very dated and didn’t keep out the early 5am sun. The kettle also had the lining flaking inside that led us to having to boil water in a pan. The sign when we went in said linen provided but in my email it said not included unless stated but I didn’t get that option, we had to go back from the direction we came to Tesco after arriving to purchase two sets of linen and that was after a eight hour journey. Really not impressed at all with what we were hoping was going to be a nice family break.

Struggled with the door lock. Handle on toilet flush was cracked, reported 4.30pm Saturday, broke off Sunday morning, still broke when we left Monday morning.

Took a while to warm up in the bedrooms but the fire in the main room gives of alot of heat
GBCleanliness isn’t up to par, mould in bathroom, small useless radiators for heating. Thankfully there was a fire but was really hard to get warm. Didn’t expect much with the price The key is really hard to use, very rusty wouldn’t turn the lock properly. The Parkdean site is really run down.

We only stayed 2 nights as a quick weekend away. The caravan is quite dated, which isn't really an issue, the knobs fell off the cooker, the tiebacks were broken on a few curtains. We struggled to get the key in and out of the door and we couldn't get the fire working at all. But the main issue we had was the damp and the black mould on the walls behind the toilet and all on the backs of the curtains in the living room. There were dead wasps on the table when we arrived. We managed, for the sake of the weekend.
