I liked the security and the pool was great!! The beach was amazing!!

The carpet was very dirty. The extra blankets were very dirty. The mattress on the pull out sofa has springs poking out and the bed in the guest bedroom was not comfortable. It sank into the bed. Showers had mildew in it.

The location of the property was great! The exterior of the property was very well kept and clean. The gate and office staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful! #458 had a well stocked kitchen for cooking, had individual packets of dishwasher cleaner and laundry detergent and we had starter toilet paper/soap in the bathrooms when we arrived. Lots of room for food storage inside pantry closet. The condo was very clean and smelled good. The AC worked great at keeping the temp very comfortable. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living room. Easy access to the beach with rentable chairs and umbrella service.

#458 has outdated/older living room furniture and could use newer shower heads. No washer/dryer inside the unit but there were some on the same floor at the elevators.

"Excellent time for an excellent price"

It was the last property on the road so it felt a little more secluded since one side didn’t have anything on it. It was very close to the beach. Beach access was very convenient to get to.
