Elevator taking up half of the stay

To start off the location of this unit is great. It’s a great place with walking distance to shops/restaurants. But the unit definitely needs some maintenance or some more up keep. The sheets were dirty in all the beds. I contacted the owner and sheets were provided but not even the sheets i called about. They offered to fix issues in the unit but then never responded. Stay here if you need the location thats it.

My granddaughter loved the lazy river.

My early check in wasn't recognized at the front desk eventhough I had email approval. Water flow and pressure was practically nonexistent in the main bathroom shower. The shower was a drizzle.

The activity were great! The pools were really nice.

The parking was a real pain. Need two parking places but could only get one. The condo was very low on glasses three glasses for six people. No storage bowls and very used cookware. Layout was very nice but could use some updates on kitchen stuff.

The rooms were nice and clean.

It smelt like rotting milk and vomit on the pool area. There was a shooting a couple days before arrival and when I questioned about the safety of the hotel I was given a rude response by the owner of the condo. The response was “as long as my child wasn’t in a gang he will be fine” Then on the 2nd to last day I had a man waiting in the hall outside my room stating that my credit card didn’t go through. Then I showed him my confirmation and it was actually that they didn’t have their ducks in a row.

Loved the layout of the condo with bedrooms on opposite sides allowing privacy for both couples. Reception area was very friendly and helpful.

People who had condo before us emptied the ice from the freezer so we were unable to have ice in our drinks after we arrived. Would like to be able to get ice from somewhere in building for that first day. Once ice machine cought up we had ice daily.

Water pressure could be better and whirlpool tub water was broken

It was extremely dirty, there was blood on the sheets and mattress the baths were dirty and the toilets too... there was popcorn under the beds... it was definitely not what I expected :(
