"Extremely unclean, a health hazard!"

Location was fine

This caravan was filthy, cookware unusable and unclean, food left on the floor not vacuumed, kitchen area greasy and grimy not cleaned hairs stuck to cooker, fire splashed with some sort of liquid but not cleaned off, same in the hallway splashes of liquid in the walls. Microwave was rusty, hairs in the fridge, utensils not cleaned, food stuck to inside of draws. Didn’t stay at this caravan found alternative accommodation.

Caravan awsome and very helpfull staff perfect location and the entertainment on site was bang on

2 down sides didnt read the small print and got a message at 2pm saying this is your key code make sure you bring your own bedding but allready travelled so that was a killer but 26 quid pound later was resolved so thank you for that very helpfull and last downside no map was sent to locate the caravan and took ages to find apart from that improve and make the bedding in bold letters and send a map for caravan will be a awsome caravan holiday for everyone

Ideal spot to use as a base ,easy to find,nice caravan overall ps shower was nice and hot

Needs a deep clean,new curtains as most hanging off in living room,new pans as burnt but not cleaned properly ,needs a general refurb only minor things
