Great location, literally in the centre of everywhere. This apartment is on the first floor which is also super handy and the balcony gets the morning sun. The apartment is clean and the living room area is lovely.

I think the shower needs replacing as it always falls off the holder which actually makes it quite difficult to shower. There is no ventilation in the bathroom either. I think the apartment is very small and I’m not sure the price of our stay was reflective of this, I’ve seen lots of larger apartments in the same location which were only slightly more expensive. Also keep in mind there is usually a queue for sunbeds in the mornings, so you need to get up early if you want a spot by the pool that you want.

The location is great it is ok size for a studio nice little terrace . It’s ideal for a short stay and if you like to explore and eat out it’s ideal,as the kitchen is small just 2hobs and microwave no dishwasher etc Has a bath and shower though a bonus for a studio ! The surrounding facilities are super nice pools secure safe 24hr reception can’t fault it really

It’s as expected no complaints really . Except if you want to watch tv there are only 2/3 channels in English and the sound is not in sync with the program very odd but it is the same in another apartment we stayed in there so it’s general I think not really bothered about tv on holiday but sometimes if it’s raining it’s nice to watch a bit of tv

I stayed for 10 days and I liked the location, the helpful stuff at reception and parking availability The kitchen is very practical to prepare meals and balcony has a nice view.

The beds were not comfortable and need to be renovated

The apartment (131) was absolutely lovely, it had everything that we needed for our stay. Easy to find and situated just beside the seafront (and only one floor up), it was the perfect location for our trip. Very clean inside and has a beautiful balcony with side view of the water. Comfortable beds and lovely shower too. Light and airy inside. Kitchen with various dishes and utensils and host left us some water and juice which was very handy! Easy to get a lounger at the pool (€2 per day). Staff on reception at all times and has a bar serving food beside the pools (there are 2). Taxi rank situated just up from the complex. Our only complaint is that we weren’t there long enough. We plan to return to this apartment again - it was wonderful. Hosts were friendly and helpful throughout. 5/5, A+++ we highly recommend staying here, it’s a hidden treasure in beautiful Marbella. Thank you!

The property was close to everything in the centre of Marbella a 10 minute walk to the old town and a 10 minute drive to Porto banus
