Clean and nearby

It was handy for what we needed it for.

Although it looked clean, there was a smokey smell. I also thought the kitchen smelled funny, like greasy. It gave the flat an unpleasent feel. It was very expensive for what it was, likely because 'Doof in the Park' had increased demand in Dundee that weekend. Regardless, we felt overcharged.

Clean

It’s in the middle of a very rough neighbourhood which extends to the property itself in that the common stairwell looks like it belongs in a crack den. Concrete graffiti’d walls and stained floors, with a dumped fridge on the ground floor. Neighbours (permanent resident) were smoking weed outside most nights. We had to put a towel down to seal the bottom of the front door to stop the fumes coming in. Not usually prim but my two children were there.
