View was great + location

The facilities were very worn down, and several pieces of furniture were damaged or defective. There were no mattress toppers, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep. The apartment was not clean, and we found cockroaches during our stay. We also had to wait three days for a replacement iron and kettle, despite reporting the issue immediately. One of the air conditioning units was leaking, and there were not enough glasses. Overall, the condition of the accommodation was far below what was advertised and what we expected.

Apartament czysty i dobrze wyposażony. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, ale mapy google pokazują zły adres i należałoby to zgłosić. Pieszo na prom do Valetty 5 minut spacerkiem, do St. Julian też blisko. Piękny widok z balkonu.

Przydałby się mały remont odświeżający ściany i sufity.

Grundsätzlich: Tolle Lage mit schöner Aussicht direkt auf´s Meer, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gleich um die Ecke, 5 Min. zur Fahre nach Valetta, passend eingerichtet, sauber Die sehr ausführliche Beschreibung der Einrichtung vor Ort (vorbildlich) war leider in einem (wesentlichen) Punkt nicht korrekt: ausgerechnet der Türcode war falsch, positiv, die schnelle Reaktion per WhatsApp (somit ok) von daher eine Empfehlung

etwas wenig Geschirr/Gläser (hätte nicht für die Maximalbelegung von 7 Personen gereicht), Kochtöpfe ziemlich schlecht (Fazit: selbst Kochen eingeschränkt möglich), Wasserdruck (ok. wir sind im 7. Stock) hat zwei zwei paralelle Duschvorgänge leider nicht erlaubt, die Beleuchtung im Bad schummrig zu nennen wäre maßlos übertrieben, also alles in allem eher Kleinigkeiten

Trochę słabo podany adres i ciężko znaleźć nawet miejscowej taksówce. Przy większej ilości osób trochę słabo wyposażona kuchnia. Super lokalizacja.

Location , view , balcony

The location and the balcony view are really worth it.

We did not have water in both bathrooms for two days. There is an instruction on how to reset the water pump, but it looks like the instructions are for another one of their apartments. In order to reset the pump you have to actually climb onto the roof and reset it manually. This was explained to us by the plumber that came the first day after an hour of back and forth communication with the aparment customer service. The beds are squeaky and not very comfortable. The trash from people before us was left in the apartment. The balcony glass is so dirty you can barely see through it.

Nice and big, airco in every room. The location was nice as well. There are rocks in front of the accommodation that you can jump of into the sea to swim. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the closest supermarket. The apartment had easy and secure access. Nice bathrooms and enough room for storage wich was great. We also loved the balcony!

There were cockroaches in the apartment. We first encountered them inside the washing machine and after that all over the kitchen. Besides this it was the little things here and there: no real bowls, all the provided appliances had European plugs so we could not use them without an adapter (even the nightstand lamps), the shelves were not mounted well, all the decor still had packaging on it. What we also absolutely did not expect was the 140,- euros cleaning fee that was asked, there was nog mention of it anywhere. We were ready to pay a bit but this was an unusual large amount for an already expensive apartment…

Location is beautiful, you can swim on your doorstep and apartment is spacious

Apartment below us playing music until 8am through the night - We did ask our host to contact them, however am not sure if this was done, as they played music again a couple of nights later, the sound of the chairs being moved is so loud in apartments above & this made the stay less enjoyable & made it hard to sleep. Additionally, we stay in apartments so we can cook whilst we’re away and the pots were corroded. No new pots were replaced during our stay either. We paid top price for this apartment & unfortunately were unsatisfied with these few things.

Apartment large, stylish and well equipped. Newly renovated. Little tricky to heat in Feb. But some AC and the supplied heaters were appreciated and did the job. Photos very representative. Great sea views, good location close to Sliema centre, ferries, shops, supermarket and restaurants. Good communication and service with letting agency.

Noise of the downstairs neighbours. Signs everywhere asking for quiet as well as random messages from the letting agency,. Lots of signs with threats of police penalties for excess noise. Yet we were kept awake 2 nights by loud people and music. Apartment is not well noise insulated, even the modern sliding doors which give great views leak a lot of air and noise. Could not be closed properly. Property is generally very well equipped but a coffee machine without its glass Karaffe is not a functional coffee machine!
