Yes, the key collection was very easy and straightforward. The host, was incredibly polite, punctual, and made sure everything was well-coordinated. He gave us clear instructions, so there was no confusion at all. Although the apartment doesn’t offer a traditional breakfast, the kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to prepare our own meal. Additionally, there are several great cafes and bakeries nearby, so finding something tasty was no problem at all. The location was excellent — central, yet peaceful. It was easy to get around, with everything we needed within walking distance, including shops, restaurants, and public transport. Perfect for exploring the city!

The apartment is nice and clean. The host is a kind guy. I wouldn't say the location is great, but it is very close to the train/bus station and tons of restaurant etc. Since Novi Sad is a small city, nowhere is too far. It was perfect for a solo traveller. It would be a great place for couples. Kitchen equipment was quite sufficient. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth. Air conditioner works quite well.

Of course, it was written that there was no washing machine, but its absence is felt during long stays. The toilet is placed in a narrow space between the sink and the shower. If you are not petite, I can say that it is a little uncomfortable.
