Beautifully furnished, lakeside barn/cabin with dock. Rental includes the use of kayaks, paddleboards, and swim floaties. Good fishing in cove when water levels allow which is most of yr (check with TVA). Met the super nice owners. Pet friendly. Pictures on Booking.com dont do this place justice. I'm not sure why a few reviewers didn't give this an excellent review. 30 minutes from Sevierville/North Pigeon Forge touristy areas. Quiet area but not secluded!

We experienced no concerns! These owners know their business for sure. Only minor suggestions would be more large glasses in kitchen & some pots/skillets missing lids. Maybe consider a light on the end of the dock for night fishing also (if it doesnt create a bug issue).

The most disturbing part of the stay is that the tint on the windows were put on backwards. Meaning that at night when you are inside, you can't see out the windows at all. But if you go outside, you can see inside perfectly. Which is very disturbing especially if you have children. Every room in the barn has windows including the bathrooms. And then since it's not in city limits, they are on a well and septic. Water pressure was terrible and was almost impossible to shower and upstairs bathroom has a sewage smell. Now the inside of the barn was beautiful and cozy and accommodating but the window and water thing was unacceptable for us. Not a place we would ever book again or bring our children to
