Silly little things like insde bin had no lid , not enough cutlery and no broom for sweeping the floor.

I liked that we could book just 2 night stay of our choice, which wasn’t really possible through other agencies. Location very close to a lovely beach.

Nothing really, caravan was basic and you have to bring your own bed linen but overall it was good value for money.

"Cozy and good for value"

Perfect location, good facilities around for kids, easy access to the beach, staff very friendly and helpful.

Caravan itself needs some refurbishment, but overall comfortable and clean.

Great caravan. Located near entertainment area. Just what we were after. Was clean, beds comfy.

No WiFi, would have liked to have a broom/dustpan and brush to be able to clean with. Definitely needed a fan as the van was too hot.

"Superb family caravan and spacious"

Caravan was very spacious, and great for our family. A small issue with getting the heating on due to low boiler pressure, but was resolved with a couple of hours,and during our of hours, so very pleased with the service and the caravan.

Nothing not to like, but requires small attention to the main door as was difficult to lock, but not a major problem. I would certainly recommend and stay again.

I liked the caravan and location. Maintenance man was great!

broken electrical switch, gap in the door (not great in winter) problems with the gas heating going off, electric heater not working. I know it was winter but not a single thing was open except the launderette.
