I love the location

My carpet underneath the dining table was BEYOND DIRTY....The furniture was DIRTY also in the living room. I had to call and ask them to come get the nasty dirty carpet out so that we could at least enjoy our food. I was orginally told by the maintenance guy that they ONLY handle emergencies and dirty carpet wasn't considered an emergency so I called back the next morning. The carpet was eventually removed. The couch and pillows had stains all in them. Please Please CLEAN your furniture and replace those NASTY rugs. This is really UNACCEPTABLE! Not to even mention the front door has not seen any paint in 30 years looks like. The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were nice but THATS IT! The amount we are charged for "cleaning fee" there is NO WAY I should have been THIS uncomfortable.
