The sea view. Check in steps easy and smooth. Responsive but not too helpful.

1) the unit is dusty, visible dust at the window frame and aircond 2) the towels are worn out 4) pillows are crumbled 5) water heater doesnt work and got replied that it's spoiled 6) sewage smell badly at the toilet and kitchen 7) no extra toilet roll for 2nights 4pax
