Beautiful view of the bay and all resort spaces were clean

The sofa was uncomfortable and was elevator slow.

Location is great and the unit is clean and well maintained

This has nothing to do with our unit but there was someone who smoked marijuana at night and we couldn’t stay in the balcony

I enjoyed the fact that I did not have to check in. They made everything very easy and communicated promptly. The place was nice. They did a great job with the upgrades compared to other rooms. Definitely went above and beyond to accommodate our need.

Nice and clean

The sofa bed is not for an adult. Not really comfortable.

The location was great, and the view just breathtakingly beautiful. The poolside restaurant Big Bamboo Bayside was amazing and our suite was so nice and clean. The bed was so comfortable and the view from the balcony was just as we expected it to be (if not better.) The staff was friendly and we even met some nice people(other guests.) Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

The main thing we disliked is that there’s only 1 elevator with 4 floors and there were so many people staying there that the elevator was going exceptionally slow. So we had to take the stairs a lot, which is very tiring. We also expected there to be more beach access right there at the property.
