The apartment is well situated and even closer to the beach than we had imagined. It is clean, well decorated with all the features one would expect. You teams were very quick to sort out starting the washing machine for us when we couldn't work out how to do this.

The washing machine is under a breakfast bar worktop so its controls were difficult to access. Some nights we were woken up in the middle of the night by the noise of local authority lorry sent to empty the refuse recycling bins (which are located directly across street from this apartment).

The location is great with sea and mountain views. The property is clean and the beds are very comfortable.

Sadly, the balcony does not have any sun at all which was very disappointing. And we were unable to sit outside due to the time of year. The apartment, especially the kitchen area and cupboards has excessive amounts of unnecessary items/ornaments. There are lots of glasses but no decent size cups.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. It's beautiful, very well decorated and had all the appliances we needed.It is a stone away from the beach and "paseo maritimo" ,10 min walk to the train station. Everything is very close, Miramar, supermarkets, bakeries,restaurants... 😇

One thing to note is that the terrace doesn't catch much sun, so it can get a bit chilly if you're enjoying your morning coffee out there. That being said, this could be a positive for those who prefer a cooler spot, especially on hot days. Overall, it's a great place to stay!
