Brand New 4BR w/ 200yrs of history in Central Porto by LovelyStay

The apartment was very clean and well set up.

There was a nasty smell of drains comi g from the kitchen sink and dishwasher. Drain cleaning is needed!!! Also, it was not made clear in the information that one of the bathrooms was off the dining room. This was a bit strange, especially when trying to get ready for the day and eating breakfast while someone else in the shower right next to the dining table.

Defectos en la instalación, manillas puertas sueltas, falta de luz en la escalera y baño, barra ducha suelta, sifón de la pileta del baño perdía agua, tuvimos que matar una cucaracha.

Very clean, super spacious with 4 double bed bedrooms and 4 compete bathroom. We were a group of 6 and it was perfect for us. Location is a 1 minute walk from the Ribeira quartier and you can even drive there. If I really need to find something not perfect, it can be a little noisy in the morning because of cars passing on the road downstairs, but we had a very comfortable and relaxing sleep.

Lo único que nos gustó fue la ubicación y que era amplio para 6 personas.

Tuvimos un problema con la CALEFACCIÓN porque no funcionaba, en diciembre y lloviendo. Llegamos un miércoles y reportamos el problema, no nos lo solucionaron. Al día siguiente, igual, y tampoco nos ayudaron. Y el viernes fue el único día que decidieron ayudarnos, pero ya lo habíamos arreglado por la mañana por nuestros medios. Después se negaron a cualquier compensación por estar dos días sin calefacción. Nos sentimos estafados y sin atención. NO LO RECOMIENDO PORQUE SI TEINES ALGÚN PROBLEMA, NO TE AYUDAN.

Location sit gross, bietet viel Platz und ist gut gelegen.

Leider liegt die Location an eine zentralen Straße für die Innenstadt Portos. Gerade an Wochenenden oder in der Ferienzeit ist der Lärm von der Straße her unüberhörbar, auch bei ges geschlossenen Fenster - was sich aber nicht eignet, da Porto über eine mäßiges Kanalisation-System verfügt und damit der Geruch aus der Toilette sich in den Räumen staut.

Great location, accommodations were very well appointed. Only dislike was the lack of a/c which could have helped as we needed to keep the windows open and thus quite a bit of outside noise
