Location was fantastic. Management company were very good and responsive to enquiries

Felt that it needed some TLC in parts. Bedding/pillows needed replacing as well as the rugs. I felt that there was a lot of clutter in the kitchen cupboards/wardrobe. A more up to date welcome pack would have been handy.

Clean

Had to buy Battery for the remote. Many of the blinds were missing in the main room negating privacy. Handle to the cabinet for trash can was missing. Had to use a butter knife to get the door open. Had to park near main trash that was stinky. The walk to the beach was longer than advertised. Finally the shower door was shot and one half barely worked. The bathroom was small cramped and not modern..

"The most horrible place I have ever stayed at."

The proximity to Armand Circle

Friday, arrived, toilet was running, shower and toilet were dirty. No pillow cases. The sofa bed linens were dirty, crumbled up in bedroom closet which also had all sorts of odds and ends in it with little space to put clothes. Verticles were missing slats so you could see in both in the living area and bedroom and we were on 1st floor. Rats were running outside everywhere. Saturday night the AC broke and we left to a Marriott. We were supposed to be there Friday to Monday but ended up leaving on Sunday morning. The Property managers really did not care. I called and they would text. I am going to try and get my money back. And, the apartment has not been remolded since 1970.

Location is excellent. Very quiet. Nice pool. Comfortable

Air conditioning is loud, we had to turn it off in order to sleep. Toilet issues- didn’t stop running or dripping sounds.
