I got a different apartment it wasn't the one I asked for so I was disappointed

No information about parking, though they took my registration and no answer to their online chat or help mobile number listed.

An absolute disaster! We were never able to access the property, and the owner refused to refund us. The door was locked from the inside with a chain, and there was a strong smell of weed coming from the apartment. We couldn’t get in at all and had to find alternative accommodation at the last minute. At first, the host denied all responsibility, blaming us and insisting we had the wrong flat, outright accusing us of lying and refusing to initiate a refund through Booking. Only two days later, after we mentioned going to the police, did they finally admit that the "housekeeper had actually locked the apartment from the inside." At that point, they agreed to the refund but never offered an apology. To make matters worse, they also demanded a £150 deposit via bank transfer, on top of the already paid reservation, to receive the check-in instructions. Avoid all of their properties at all costs!
