Extremely poor customer service. Staff contacted me via my WhatsApp to offer a cheaper price if I cancelled and paid outside of the booking.com platform. I declined to keep the platforms safeguards. I was then coerced into paying an additional booking fee outside the platform, which booking.com advised against and is against their terms. After not being able to resolve this through the chat on booking.com, I tried to contact them via WhatsApp after which I was told not to contact them outside the platform. They also threatened to cancel my booking if I didn't pay the deposit. The director of the company, Lois, then patronised me, goaded me, and was completely unprofessional in her responses. We only went through with the booking for fear of not getting our money back and not having alternative accommodation. I've reached out to booking.com for support to resolve this. I don't believe the company should be permitted to operate on the platform.

Clean and tidy, great location, fully equipped and very helpful and responsive host. Will definitely book again for my next work trip!

Great location, although area is a bit run down.

Bare minimum kitchen equipment, shower didn't drain well, kitchen sink leaked.

Great apartment right next to the football stadium, a short walk from the city centre. Everything was fine, highly recommended! ☺️
