Spacious 3 Bdr, 4 Beds City Apt, free on-site parking

The house was clean. The customer services team was always there and helpful. The neighbours were actually nice and looked out for us. I felt safe as a mum travelling with 2 children.

The toilet door needs to be fixed, my daughter got trapped in there once.

It fit our needs as far as bed and room count, and we’re pretty certain it’s haunted by a friendly mischievous entity which is a double plus in our book

The stairs going up to the apartment. I have a bad back and knees and it was challenging. I should have asked if there were stairs before booking.

Easy to find. Entry system good and access to property. Spacious flat

Bulb out in bathroom. Guy came to change it, but didn't have right bulb. He did not return. Shower had growth coming out control box and hose Carpet from kitchen area to lounge area is a trip hazard! Not enough mugs and cutlery for the fact it is catered for 6 people. We had 3 mugs for 5 of us. No t towel for dishes cooker one ring not working. No markings on cooker to indicate rings and low/max Key lock box number was changed before we left. So unable to lock up.

It was close to the city centre and we were able to get a taxi for under £10. Plenty of free parking around the property. Property was well-presented and clean. Host was easily contactable.

We weren't aware that we would be sharing the drive with others in the building but we easily found free parking on the road

Spacious apartment with good facilities, very clean and ideal for a family or a larger group. It was very easy to get in, had everything we needed for our needs. We mostly used taxis to get around and were able to get anywhere really easily. Amazing bonus was a washer&dryer, perfect when traveling with kids.

Although the apartment was exactly as advertised and fulfilled our expectations, the area is in decline and was a bit depressing. Nothing that the host could change, and it didn't really affect us - we were mostly out and about sightseeing and visiting friends and family. I would love it if there was even a small drying rack for the dishes, or even a little dishwasher.

Host was excellent had an issue with my hotel that cancelled on me last minute, had to book this property & the flat wasn’t available but got a 3 bedroom house which was beautiful and extremely clean!

The car park is in front of the apartment. I like the big windows in the living room. Every room is a double bedroom with decent size.

The host was vary welcoming , the garden view was nice. Kids loved it.
