Really lovely house in a quiet neighbourhood, took us about 30 minutes to walk into the city centre but it’s a pleasant flat road in. Vikram and Sheetal were lovely hosts, very respectful of the space and left plenty of treats and water. It was a very hot day when we stayed so we were thrilled to have a fan in the room. The other amenities like the microwave and fridge were great, and the toilet was well-stocked with what you may need and very clean! Overall, couldn’t recommend more for our short stay in the city!

Check in was simple, instructions were clear. The hosts were lovely and friendly, and the room was clean. Very good value for money, and regular busses into the city centre only took 10 minutes

Amazing host so kind, polite and helpful. Lovely clean room. I loved the little snacks left in our room so thoughtful and i was amazed all the shower items that are ready and available to use in the shower/toilet room.
A Television in our room would have been nice.

This place is perfect for visiting the nearby Co-op Arena, the Etihad or the city. The room was great, very spacious, comfortable bed and very well equipped and even had snacks and drinks! The owner and his family are lovely, very welcoming people and take pride in their rooms. I wouldn't hesitate to book again. 10/10 for us!
