The building and the lack.of tea and coffee,.....

Flatt was easily accessible. Kitchen was clean and had some coffee and snacks. We loved the little extra convinces. It was great to have grocery stores in walking distance. Also, although downtown was a walk, you could walk if you chose. We Uber'd all over.

Flatt was on the third floor and we somehow missed that when we booked. Initially, it was difficult to figure out light switches and power, but it was easily figured out with the help ofo ur wonderful host.

The location is great, very clean

There is a really loud boiler in one of the bedrooms and I couldn’t sleep properly for 2 nights because of the noise. There were blueberries all over the floor in the living room when we arrived! There wasn’t any toilet paper in the flat and they said they will send out on Christmas day, however somehow they send it at 8 am on Boxing day! Making me jump out of my bed by the bell! They offered a free night but we were unable to make use of it. They refunded us 20£ and it is nice of them, however it wasn’t a pleasent experience to run out of toilet paper when everything was shut on a xmas day!

There's not much to say what we did like. Location is quite ok, 5-10 minutes walking to the tram station. There are some good restaurants nearby. If this is some Award winner, I wouldn't like to see the other competitive apartments.

As other people mentioned here, the entrance of the building is horrible, but we hoped the flat itself will be fine. Generally it was very worn out, the worst issue was cleanliness-there were long hairs in our beds and the shower was full of pubic hair. When we mentioned this to the owner, he/she (don't who that is) apologized but soon started to relativize it (talked about "one hair in bed" even though I sent several pictures). We had to clean the shower ouself. There was no toilet paper, we had to buy it, the owner promised to reimburse it, but didn't send any money. Finally told us they would send some Amazon voucher for 50 euros as compensation. I reminded that to the owner twice, they only kept promising and nothing happened for two months. If the owner would act fair I'd give maybe 3-4 points of 10, but still very bad when you pay 290 euros per night.
