it was smell of smoke when we got in, also we found difficulties opening buiding door the code did not work, the shower in the bedroom need more improvements

The bathrooms were clean and a nice size. The refrigerator was clean. Televisions had multiple channels and options available. WiFi worked fine.

The listing was very misleading. The apartment was in a sketchy location, and a pretty bad neighborhood. We did not feel safe staying there, but had already paid. The building had an awful odor the entire time we were there, which I think was marijuana. The listing said "free parking," but failed to specify only street parking was available. This was definitely not good since the neighborhood was questionable. I would've paid to park to secure my car. The bed sheets were not properly washed or cleaned. The comforter on my bed had hair all over it. Different lengths and curl types. So who knows when it was cleaned last. Also, there was no coffee maker, only a Keurig, which was absolutely gross and disgusting. Finally, I booked the apartment same day since we were evacuating from an area impacted by a bad hurricane. After payment, we drove several hours only to find that we were not provided the information to enter the property, even thought we'd paid the non-refundable amount. The owners questioned why we made a same day booking and required additional justification as to why we're staying and who would be staying. If they are suspicious of same day listings, don't accept them or at least indicate more justification will be requested. Either way, you don't get to put up a non-refundable listing and change the terms after payment. This was extremely upsetting after driving several hours to evacuate from a bad hurricane and then had to deal with this issue, and even more upsetting since we paid a lot of money and should not have had to endure this because of descriptive owners. Dishonest and misleading listing. Bad area. Dirty apartment. Not a good experience at all. Would not recommend.

The coziness and location of the home. It was beautiful and price was reasonable.

we were locked out of the property and was not notified of the passcode change which left us standing outside until we got a response.

The location was amazing and the place was comfy and beautiful.

The location was nice the set up and spaciousness of the apartment.

Did not like the parking arrangements.
