Good location

Poor check in Rude American old lady insisting pay cash immediately and insisting we sign and pay charges for power consumption???

the property had a nice little pool albeit it can be quite crowded with families and kids. The location is about 1.5km from the Jomtien bus station and 1 km from the beach. I had a huge upper floor room with nice balcony. there was a large fridge and TVs that had a couple of English speaking stations.

sad thing was that my room was north facing and I looked straight into another block building , so very dark and you had to draw curtains as otherwise everybody would see you. I was shocked to hear that they do meter readings of the electricity you use. I never encountered that in 40 years of travelling the world. It meant that you could just about have the AC on during the night when sleeping but you would be charged extra if running during the day. But it was so hot in the rooms during the day and the fans hardly worked that I couldn't do any compi work inside. Also on check out I felt that the owner lady was very grumpy and unfriendly whilst the welcome staff was lovely. shame! otherwise a good place to stay as quiet at night but close to places.

They did not clean every day. No coffee or tea.

Top notch! Stayed there several times. Clean, huge rooms, great service, Grab/Bolt will get you anywhere.
