this place so strategic and very recommended to those want for holiday

just need to improve some painting of the room, look old especially the ceiling of the apartment.

Everything was good except water heater need to wait for it to be hot since its a little old style

The place was decent, but cleanliness was lacking. Dust was found on the windows, sills, and bed frames, and we had to clean them ourselves upon checking in. Two pieces of floor rugs outside the bathroom were dirty and unpleasant, and the bathroom window panels were covered with dust. Toilet rolls were insufficient, no liquid hand wash in bathrooms and kitchen. Hair dryer was cranky and unreliable, working intermittently, which became frustrating. Basic amenities were missing, there were no paper towels in the kitchen and the sides and trimmings of the kitchen area were stained with greenish/black mold (fungals). Hygiene and guest health are important, especially for those with sensitivities, yet these concerns were clearly overlooked. The mattresses were uncomfortable and sagged at the centre, leading to backaches. Despite informing the owner, no action was taken. The property needs better upkeep and attention to detail for the comfort of guests. Upon checkout, I even sent 3 photos of the keys (with and without the pouch) to confirm that everything was in order, yet the owner still did not respond. It appears guest feedback is ignored, with rent collection being the only priority.
