1. I was staying on the 4th floor, and the room was quite noisy. The window insulation was not sufficient to block outside noise, and the windows did not seem to seal properly, as air was coming through. 2. I requested an early check-in and was charged $80 for it. However, upon arrival the apartment did not appear to be sufficiently cleaned, and the floor mats were noticeably dirty.
