City View Newly Renovated 3 Beds with Free Parking LM

The apt is clean, roomy, and the beds were comfortable. I liked how close in location it is to wherever we needed to go near downtown, but if I ever go to the aquarium again, I would actually stay at one of the closer hotels, but only for the convenience of walking distance. I also liked how the hosts speedily answered questions that I messaged them about. Once I read through and understood how they handled check in and out process, it was great! It is a secure place to stay b/c all room codes were given directly to me via messages, so noone at the property has access to the rooms until after checkout.

When i first walked in there was a blind hanging to one side, but once i alerted the host, they communicated to the maintenance team to have it put up. Things happen but i appreciated them addressing the issue promptly. The 1st night's front desk clerk was extremely helpful, although he was busy with several cuatomers. He was attentive to everyone. However, I wasn't fond of how the 2nd day clerk didn't seem as professional b/c she was either watching a TV show or on her phone on FaceTime or something. Whenever I approached her to ask a question, she looked disconnected as if I was disturbing her. I'm sure she wasn't on a break at the front desk b/c no one else was there. I felt as if me being a guest at their hotel wasn't appreciated as I had just checked out and was leaving . What happened even to "Thank you, I hope you enjoyed your stay, come again" (or something to that effect). That's how you gain business, especially since compared to some of the other hotels, it seems like this one is in the process of improving the property and would want as much positive feedback as possible to help gain more guests.
