City View Newly Renovated 3 Beds with Free Parking LM1809

The condo was ok with beautiful views

The fact that the sign for towing and no parking was so small that I didn't see it and I was a guest there in my car got towed and I had to pay an extra $257 to get it out of the tow yard because the owner told my car even though I was a guest there in the free parking is crap because there was nowhere I could park

The cleaners were slacking but we were prepared. We used our own sheets in the master

From the beginning the parking is not marked properly to tell which spot is your spot, walking in from the parking garage was sketchy because the door had what appeared to be a keypad system that didn’t work all you had to do was push the door open. The basement floor that you came in was horrible once we got on the elevator it smelled of marijuana. We were on the 18th floor and the apartment had not been properly cleaned, the fridge had standing water in it, the tub was very soft in places and the apartment smelled like it had a mold problem. There was a door in the kitchen that lead to the hallway with only a door knob lock but looked like it should have had a deadbolt but did not. We stayed one night and left the second day because we got stuck on the elevator and thank goodness we were on the basement floor and we had to use the service elevator because it was the only one working at that time. The air conditioning didn’t work as well. I texted the owner to they agreed to give me 2 day’s and 30% back on my money and they would contact Booking.com for me the next day while in our new location i called booking and they hadn’t heard from them and they called them while I was on hold and got it straightened out got my money back the next day.

I like that the property was downtown

To start we got there about 10 PM. The parking lot was full of young kids. There was no one in the inside to let us in nor did I receive any instructions on how to get in the house told me that they sent the information to the wrong number. There were people sleeping in the lobby. The elevators were outdated and under construction I was not told where to park my car so my car was towed, and I had to pay over $300 to get my car out with no compensation from the host in the middle of the day. The fire alarms went off so we had to go down 18 flights of steps with no one in the building to tell us what was going on the pictures are very nice however, this place is very outdated and they are Band-Aids on top of a bad apartment!! I cannot express enough the level of disappointment I had in this booking. I highly recommend everyone to run if you see this booking from the communication to no security being in the lobby to it being a free-for-all for kids to hang out sleep in the lobby and we have to walk past all of this and again no compensation was made on the fact that my car was towed

The building is old and being renovated. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The beds and sheets and pillows were very good and well organized. Plates and cups were new. The furniture is beautiful and functional. The host is attentive and supportive.

The washer/dryer is working only washer function. The AC works fine but it's very noisy. We missed clothing hangers. The paint drops on the floor feels like it's dirtier than really is.

Bathroom could use a little renovation, staff rude and unhelpful, difficult parking ended up getting towed. Other than that, decent stay. Don’t think I’d book again. I have been to other lulu properties and they were great.

the living room was not very bright, lamps a little bit poor.

The check in was ways too long. It took almost 2 hours to check in, the first room had two broken doors, no working internet, very loud music and people next to me. Moved to another unit and walked into spots on the bed, the sofa looked like it came out the dump with stab holes, wall paper coming off the wall, no working internet and I reach out so many time and got the run around. Extremely disappointed. I will be asking for a refund or I will just call my bank.
