2 King Bed, 2 Full Bathroom Apartment in Umbria - Tuscany

Siamo stati benissimo in questo appartamento, nel bellissimo centro storico del paese. Check-in molto semplice, un arredamento elegante, pulizia, dotato di ogni cosa che potesse servirci. Dopo una settimana di fatica e cammino, trovarci in questa casa ci ha decisamente fatto bene. Non mi capacito che possano esserci recensioni negative onestamente (probabilmente sono di chi non ha letto che manca l'ascensore).

Un aspetto che segnalerei sono i tre piani di scale ripidi e stretti che per alcune persone, cariche con i bagagli, possono essere problematici. Inoltre la difficoltà di inserire il codice nel lucchetto per ritirare le chiavi, al buio con la pioggia, ed un lucchetto di metallo brillante dove la lettura dei numeri in quelle condizioni è veramente difficile. Comunque, una volta ritirate le chiavi e raggiunto il terzo piano, l'alloggio è bellissimo.

I was traveling with the family and would like an experience in a rural Italian town. And this was one of the best places that I have been in entire Italy including people, the apartment, facilities and the vibe. We were truly satisfied with the host and their welcoming hospitality. You feel like you are at your grandparents village with their kindness and atmosphere.

All is good.

The owner was easily accessible by phone and helped us deal with a problem we had in accessing the property as the market was on. The apartment was very warm, on a bitterly cold night. He advised on a good place for breakfast.

The bedroom bedside lighting is very dim so not easy to read a book in bed.

Location was great, Citta Della Pieve was magical, and this apartment was very cute and comfortable.

Nothing really, but an elevator would be nice. Not a dealbreaker, however.

It was a fantastic location. Close to all the shops downtown!

Not having an elevator was a bit of a bummer, but that was only a concern when bringing luggage in and out of the apartment. Otherwise, it was a simple couple of flights.
