Apartment had a modern design. Electronic features like Alexa, netflix films . Microwave, Fridge/ freezer, washing machine etc. Electronic door entry to apartment. Security guards at lobby entrance. .parking bay. Supermarket and cafes within walking distance. .Host responds quickly to any queries or problems.I

As a Senior aged 70 yrs old.A few things I did not feel comfortable with. Its high rise aspect. I was on the 32nd floor. No fire procedure in case of fire. Poor lighting in mail box room to obtain key on arrival. Not fully serviced apartment . Expected cleaner at least once a week for long stay quest.

The view. The great systems, everything works with Alexa. The gym and pool are also nice.

The bathroom could be a bit better.

The location was excellent. It was close to the supermarket and restaurants. The view from this apartment in the evenings was breathtaking.

There were a few things that needed to be fixed: the lock, the toilet door, the stove. This place has the potential to be a very comfortable unit once these initial hiccups are sorted out.

Very clean. new. tastefully decorated. Has super tech features like Alexa. security tight tech based. Check-in & out without any human interaction so covid safe 😅. A stone’s throw to Jaya One eateries & shopping.

Got a little lost looking for Block E key pick up cos it was nestled in a corner. Building management should put betr direction signages.
