Great for ease of access, location, parking. The bedrooms were light and airy. The kitchen diner area layout was great and spacious enough for five of us. The weather was hot (29 C) but it was easy to ventilate. A great space for just sitting in the evening and chatting.

Cleanliness could have been better, e.g. some cutlery and crockery needed some cleaning before use; one of the bathroom bins hadn't been emptied; a half empty water bottle had been left on a table. There was a coffee machine but no cafetière or way of using normal ground coffee. The dining table could only seat four and there would need to be more crockery and cutlery for any more than five

The accommodation makes a good first impression. The location is not far from a big park and you can reach a fuel station with spar by foot.

The rooms and furniture is not old but very rundown. Obviously it hasn't been treated well by precious guests. Unfortunately this was not taken care of properly either. After our first night I sent a list with the points we found until then to the person who manages the accommodation, most of them easy to fix but got the answer that she would not be there and housekeeping as stopped working at 2 pm. As it was a Friday the issues could not be fixed until Monday (after we checked out). Just to name a few points of the list, there was no toilet paper, no hand soap, no towels in the bathrooms. It is advertised as sleeps for 10, we were 5 (including kids) and had only 4 bathroom towels. The bathroom bins haven't been emptied, they were full with used pads and hair. It has not been hoovered properly, the floor was full of dust and hair. The glass tables in the kitchen and living room were full of fingerprints, the cutlery and dishes were greasy in the cupboard. It was disgusting.

The house is very well furnished and has everything you need! It was very clean, also.
