Fabulous location with view to lagoon and beach. Close to Ala Moana shopping. Apartment had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Keyless access was good - no worries about losing the key!

The apartment is a bit tired but it didn't impact our stay.

The room was a decent size for one or two people. It was reasonably clean. The flooring had been updated. It had a nice view.

This unit has not been updated since the 60’s (except for flooring). The curtains were black with mildew. The kitchen drawers and cupboards smelled of mildew and made me cough whenever I went near. The shower was disgustingly grotty. No cleaning supplies provided, not even paper towels. no condiments, not even salt and pepper or a tea bag. The toilet was leaking onto the floor for first 4 days until it was repaired. It continued to leak to the point that I had to turn the water shut off on/off whenever I used it for another 2-3 days. Only one chair in unit which is badly torn. The kitchen vent looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. The price I paid was exorbitant for this poorly maintained unit. It should have been no more than $200 a night even in high season. I am surprised that Booking.com has not inspected this property. it is for budget travellers and should be rated and priced accordingly.
