"Exceptional"

Our stay was really great! The condo is very nice, comfortable, quiet, very well equipped (comfy beds, plenty of towels, well-equipped kitchen, accessories for the beach and even 2 new cruise bikes!) and in a great location. The beach is just across the street and some good restaurants/cafes/bars within walking distance. The pool was warm and clean, with a lot of sunbeds and chairs around it. We regularly travel to location of Indian Rocks/Indian Shores/Madeira Beach several times a year, so I can say that this accommodation was one of the best we have ever stayed in. We look forward to coming to F-204 again soon.

"I would stay here again it was a wonderful place for a beach vacation!"

The apartment was super close to the beach and also had a very nice pool. It had a full kitchen and a dining area. They even had a closet with beach supplies in it to use. AC worked great!

The unit was on the second floor and no elevator.

Location was excellent. The condo had everything we needed. I always want my rentals to have a well-stocked kitchen, and I would say this unit had the essentials which was fine for us for this trip. Water pressure in the shower was great. The area was quiet and safe.

The beds are not premium but they are good enough to sleep on. You really need to run the air conditioner at 66 or 67 all the time to keep it cool inside. Not much to dislike at this unit.
