Casa House of Bricks 5 - Downtown Holidays - close to all

Puikus ekonominės klasės butas visai šalia Lego House. Atskiras miegamasis su patogia dvigule lova tėvams ir išskleidžiamas kampas svetainėje vaikams. Visi virtuvės įrankiai maisto gaminimuisi namuose. Draugiškas ir paslaugus savininkas, po pirmos dienos pasiteiravo, gal ko trūksta, ir privežė prašomų dalykų. Taip pat iš anksto pasiūlė iš/į oro uosto vežimo paslaugą (už papildomą mokestį), mums tai buvo puikus variantas, nes turėjome rytinius skrydžius, kol dar miesto transportas nevažiavo. Butas labai patogioje vietoje, nes prie Lego House yra stotelė nemokamo autobuso, kuris veža į visas lankytinas miesto vietas.

Very close to all amenities

Entrance into the property, in particular the stairwell was quite messy and looked quite unclean. Several marks on the carpet, but once in the apartment it was very clean.

We liked that the apartment was clean, and the kitchen had everything necessary for cooking. A suitable place for a family, everything was quiet.

Very close to Legoland

Common areas were filthy, beds were not made, insufficient duvets for number of guests, no bath mat at the shower, watered down almost empty hand soap in bathroom,

The apartment was spacious for 1 adult and 2 kids. Very clean. The host was very reactive and answered all our questions immediately by message. Walking distance to Lego house ( 5 minutes ) and Legoland (10 minutes). Two supermarkets right next to the apartment, very convenient for buying groceries for breakfast or dinner. We would definitely recommend it.

The apartment is very centrally located - supermarkets and Lego house very close by, also central bus stop only 5 min walk away. After asking, the owner provided us with a coffee maker - that was greatly appreciated and saved our mornings :).

The apartment is minimalistic and when we arrived there was some essentials missing - we needed to buy salt and shower gel as they were used up and we were left with only one roll of toilet paper for 5 days. The kitchen also has bare minimum for a short stay. The bathroom floor gets flooded with water very easily so be aware and have a plan how to dry it. The apartment do not have a washing machine, but there is a washingroom with washers and driers in the cellar, which is shared with other people living/staying in the house. Sometimes it might be tricky to find an available washer. Contacting the owner was challenging as he did not reply emails via booking.com nor his own booking site, fortunately he had shared his phone number and picked up the phone when needed.

Location. 5 minute walk from Lego House and 5 minute walk from the Central Billund bus station (from which you can take the bus to LegoLand/Lalandia or Vejle to catch the trrain to Copenhagen). We actually walked to Legoland thanks to the "Play Line" (our daughter loved it). Two big supermakets nearby. Perfect.
