Все було чудово, апартаменти дуже класні , дві ванни, велика кухня, гарний стіл, пральна, посудомийка, кондиціонери в кожній кімнаті, чисто! все на висоті!

Шумоізоляція, було дуже чутно сусідів зверху, особливо вночі

Bright cosy and comfortable apartments!

There was a hitch with the check-in. We wanted to arrive half an hour earlier and leave our suitcases. We were waiting for a person with the keys, who came only at the time of check-in and it turned out that the apartments were not yet cleaned, left suitcases, and checked in only at 16:00. The intercom didn't work and there was only one set of keys (from the apartment and from the entrance), which was not convenient since there were 5 of us.

The Location was good. The apartment was good after long awaited repairs were undertaken.

Keys weren't available on arrival. Apartment wasn't fully prepared. This is a 5th floor apartment and the lift was out of order for 6 of the first 9 days of our stay which was a huge challenge considering my 88 year old mother was with us. Power cut out for 20 min in the lift with my mother inside. This was very distressing. Bathroom door opening into living area would not lock or close properly. It took 3 weeks for agent to organise repair. Only one set of linen was provided. Support and communication from 360 Estates as agents was very poor.
