front desk receptionist was RUDE to both me and my parents

When I arrived at the hotel I was told that my card was not accepted by the hotel but they had a hold on my card for the payment already. So I asked if I could use my daughter’s card she told me that my daughter would have to stay the night but as we waited for her to check in another guess that started she was getting a room for someone else and not staying the night she checked her in with no problem. This is around 10:30 on the night of 2/22/25. I was told that the hotel don’t take cash either

Breakfast was horrible, they ran out of food and it ended early.

Clean and comfortable

Reserved a king room but received a double queen. Was not pre notified king rooms were not available upon booking.

Clean

The staff was very helpful and had a decent spread in breakfast. It was located near to my place where i had the meetings. Enough Parking space.

The basic necessities like drinking water should be a part of the package. The customer shouldn't have to come down at least for the drinking water.
