Quiet location. Key pad entry. Private garden.

The house was tidy...but it wasn't cleaned to a high standard one would expect from a rental property The kitchen cupboard doors had grumpy finger marks on then. The outside glass table was dirty. Glass hob splashback greasy. House needs a bit of TLC. Kitchen tap dripped..bathroom basin hot tap not working and the basin sink trap had black hairs in it. Toilet seat was loose. The house was in a quiet location. It was nice having a garden to sit in, although the steps to the garden are quite steep. The bedrooms were bright and comfortable. We chose a house so that 3 friends could be together whilst attending a function..our accommodation was adequate for an overnight stay.

The property was well furnished, with the basics required for the stay. The rooms had blinds and curtains which made them nice and dark at night, and the area is quiet. I booked very last minute and the property was responsive. We were able to pay a £30 fee for an early checkin.

The house was modern apart from the bathroom which was quite dated. The hot tap didn’t work (no water) so we had to wash our hands with the cold tap.

I got to the property, it was poorly kept. Front lawn was not mowed and was unkept with high grass. Inside was dingy and musty. Kitchen floor was dusty and had crumbs. Old stale milk and food products left in the fridge and freezer. Had to leave the next morning to book another place. At night it was so cold. All attempts to increase temperature failed. Couldn’t sleep. Bed was bad.
