Very well equipped and in a great location for the metro or 20 minutes walk downtown.

It is a nice two-bedroom apartment. However, it may be a better fit for a family with children than for two couples, as the second bedroom has a bunk bed and the apartment has only one full bathroom with a toilet and shower. The second toilet only has a sink. The apartment was clean and had all the necessary appliances. The central air conditioning worked really well. The location is a bit far from the city centre, but in my opinion, that is actually a positive because the area is very quiet and clean.

1 and half bathroom. Unstable hot water temperature. No hanger or hooks at the bathroom for towels. no rubbish bin in the bedroom, no chopping board in the kitchen. no paper kitchen towels in the kitchen. Toilet roll holder is difficult to us. a bit far away from the metro station but close to the bus stop;. a bit far away from the supermarket (about 15 - 20 mins walks.

Aamiasta ei ollut tarjolla. Sijainti meille oli ihanteellinen, tytär asuu samassa korttelissa. Asunto oli mukava, avara. Oli tiskikone ja pyykkikone. Todella hyvä asunto.

Emme saaneet oikeaa tietoa jäteasioista. Liian vähän pyyhkeitä, olisi voinut olla matot kph ja wc tilassa, lattiat niissä todella kylmät.

Ruim en verzorgd appartement met alle nodige voorzieningen, maar het "terras" is de binnenkoer van een appartementsblok. De communicatie voor het overhandigen van de sleutels verliep vlot en we kregen voldoende informatie. Het appartement bevindt zich in een doodlopende straat iets buiten het centrum van Lissabon, maar vlakbij zijn er meerdere winkels, bars en restaurants. Vlakbij bevinden zich ook bushaltes en een groot metrostation, dus binnen de 10 minuten sta je in het stadscentrum.

De terrasstoelen zijn aan vernieuwing toe.

Localização excelente. Ter um lavabo e um banheiro completo também facilita. Muito bons. Apartamento grande. Bem ventilado. O terraço ajuda bastante na ventilação. O host se comunicou muito bem conosco. É um apartamento bonito, grande, confortável e completo de utensílios. Uma pena terem decorado com tecido algumas paredes e não terem reformado o piso.

Para quem é alérgico, não recomendo! Voltamos com meu filho reagindo. Cheiro muito forte de cigarro no quarto de casal. Paredes revestidas com tecidos (ao invés de pintadas ou com papel de parede). Ou seja, todo o cheiro ruim fica impregnado no tecido. Pisos de madeiras muito antigos, com buracos. A parte que está reformada no apartamento está muito bonita e bem acabada.

Accogliente e ottima posizione, molto ben servita da metro e bus (il suo vero punto di forza: da qui siamo andati ovunque finanche coi bus). Buona per una famiglia meno per amici in vacanza. Non consigliabile però per chi ha problemi di deambulazione (non vi dimenticate che Lisbona è su 7 colli da gran premio della montagna)

Non c’erano stracci, pezzoline o prodotti per un minimo di pulizia fai da te. Asciugamani: qualche dubbio sulla reale pulizia. Tappeti: o li lavate o li togliete. Sporchi e non poco. Sapone allungato con acqua. Non c’è il bidet in nessuno dei due bagni (ma per gli stranieri é un di più). Il secondo bagno… opinabile. Non si capisce se ci sia l'aria condizionata: sembra di si ma come attivarla nessuno l'ha detto. Nessun gesto di accoglienza in casa: no acqua, no cialde di caffè, non zucchero, no prodotti pulizia, zero prodotti igiene Tutto questo rovina il potenziale che la struttura ha e che la farebbe valutare in maniera molto positiva 2 bagni con doccia: NON è ASSOLUTAMENTE VERO! Un solo bagno con doccia (e senza bidet) e un bagno cieco con solo lavabo (e pressione acqua al minimo) e vaso igienico.
