Гарне розташування - 25 хв до пляжу. Поряд супермаркети (на авто), старе місто, природа. Квартира трохи ретро стиль, але є все необхідне. Власники працюють на "відмінно". Як бюджетне житло - дуже рекомендую.

Нічого. Немає власного місця паркування, але у 2х хвилинах багато місць.

"Appartamentino anni '70 che si difende molto bene!"

Bell'appartamento a 15-20 minuti dal centro di Savona, comodo per due persone. Pulito, con cucina a gas (non male in un mondo di piastre elettriche!) e stoviglie nuove, gran quantità di asciugamani puliti disponibili, parcheggio gratuito vicinissimo, zona super tranquilla. Completato da una ampia zona per riporre le bici al sicuro (molto apprezzata!). I proprietari sono sempre molto gentili e disponibili per ogni chiarimento!

Nulla! Giusto un po' di più di pulizia degli infissi, nella parte verso l'interno appartamento, e una spugnetta nuova per i piatti.

Logement propre et facile d'accès.

Nuisances sonores entre route passante, chemin de fer (premier train a 5h45) et aboiement de chien la.nuit (appartement voisin). Forte odeur de cigarettes (ou moisissure) à notre arrivée. Pas d'ustensiles pour cuisiner (épluche légumes.. ). Télécommande TV ne fonctionne pas. Communication impersonnelle (impression que c'est une IA qui répond)

Pełne wyposażenie kuchni . Pościele , ręczniki , szampony. Czysto w pokojach. Kawa, herbata oraz drobne słodkości w kuchni. Możliwość zaparkowania samochodu bardzo blisko .

Brak klimatyzacji, tylko wiatraki w pokojach. Dom pomiędzy drogą i torami. Ruch kolejowy i samochodowy niewielki ale przy otwartych oknach słyszalny . Dodatkowo pies w mieszkaniu obok też lubial sobie szczekać.
