First time to Balboa Newport area with my family. I liked how closed of a walk it was to the villiage and to the Pier. Plenty of things to do.
Only dislike was the water was so far away. It was beachfront, but the actual shore was a distance. The kids couldn't just go by themselves as it was far away.

Great beachfront property and convenient access to beach. The place was clean and plenty of amenities. Also a nice big jetted tub and separate shower. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped and a nice TV selection.
Sometimes it was noisy after 11 with people walking by and you can hear movement the people in the above unit. I would also recommend buying new bed sheets that didn’t make lint balls because with the amount of money you pay, they should be new-like.
