The location is great 5 minutes walk to Jomtien beach, the building has good amenities though the maintenance throughout the building is rather poor. That said this building is a great choice for those who want a more relaxed environment and enjoy the beach. Elena the host is super helpful, kind and lovely.

The room did not have any lights for the first week and it seemed very okay for them that I had to stay in dark for one whole week. The pillows and towels were absolutely disgusting. It boggles my mind that at this price point the hosts cheap out on a few extra bucks for new or at least clean bedding set and towels. I was charged 800 Baht for cleaning that I did not receive in one month stay! not once.

Facilities are nice same like in luxury hotel , there was a nunrise when I walk in treadmil so I see the sea and sunrice - perfect moment . very closed to the beachroad
