Está pésimo en todos los sentidos

Estaba en buena posición

1. No entraron a limpiar 2. El aire acondicionado no enfriaba, nos cambiaron de habitación y continuó el problema, lo reportamos y jamás solucionaron 3. El Gypsum del baño se empezó a caer y tenía gotera. Se reportó y nada, la habitación olía a húmedo. 4. Reservamos para 3 personas y dejaban toallas para dos personas

La ubicación y las divinas figuritas qué hacen con las toallas cuando limpian la habitación

No hay elevedor y ni por accidente te ofrecen ayuda para subir la maleta. Muchísimo ruido en la noche, además de la música del bar de abajo, pareciera que a alguien le gusta tallar los pisos de madrugada

Quinta ocasión que me alojo aquí, es un buen lugar para pasar unos días si quieres disfrutar de la Quinta y de playa del Carmen. No es un Resort, ni nada por el estilo. Pero un buen alojamiento para disfrutar de la quinta avenida por su buena ubicación.

Ruido, en las habitaciones se escucha mucho el ruido exterior.

Dirty Smelly Noisy

It was afforable.

- Mold in the bathroom and on the curtain. - Room and bathroom need renovation as somethings were almost falling apart. - Noisy. Im used to some noise from hostels and they warned us about this beforehand but this was way worse. It felt like my bed was in the restaurant with live music. Dont go here if you want to sleep before 1am. - Booking mentions balcony but there is no balcony. We went to the reception to ask for a room with balcony but as they were fully booked, couldnt change us. It was maybe possible the day after but doubt that the room would be in a better shape than ours.
