"Generally ok but not worth the money"

The location was good for our event at the principality stadium. Free parking on site. Very nice bed in main bedroom

We were due to use both sofa beds but left with no sheets / bedding for them bar one old stained duvet

no hot water and hist didnt reply to query about this. ended up showering at our daughters nearby home. the decor of the flat needs refreshed.

"Great property, awful management via booking.com"

Great location and lovely property

Receiving a parking fine the day before we were due to leave. Contacting the company to ask why we received a fine when it states free parking, no responses to phone calls, texts and emails! No apologies and basically very poor communication. Now we have a £70 fine to pay so be aware of the not so free parking!
