The size of the property was perfect for our group. It was clean and had everything we needed.

It was really warm-struggled to get the right temperature.

We liked the comfortable beds,all of the space,the parking space.

The piles of rotting fruit and pigeon feathers outside the property. No meet and greet as promised despite a heads-up that we were on our way. No acknowledgement of the special occasions we were celebrating. Restricted access to the hot tub due to it being unsafe to use for most of the first day of our stay. The water was well above 40 degrees and far too hot to use. Eventually someone came out to partially empty it and replace with cold water from a hose. One of the bathrooms unusable as the shower didn't work. When told someone was on the way to fix it sadly noone did. One of the bathrooms had a dirty bath with pubic hair in it. Also there was only one dish cloth and no oven gloves so self catering was tricky. No-one came to clean the dirty bath as promised. I am now repeatedly contacting this company re some gesture of good will as I feel I've only got half of what I have paid for but as yet not getting anywhere.

Size

No wardrobes, floorboards on landing lifting up, no mirrors in bathrooms for shaving, no outdoor seating . No facilities for cleaning ie hover or broom and mop

Great location, really clean rooms and excellent response if we had any questions to the host. Brilliantly working hot tub and So much space! We had 2 bottles of prosecco on arrival which was such a lovely touch. We will definitely be back again.

Gorgeous big house with plenty of bedrooms. Great location. Great parking. Perfect for us. Excellent communication from the hosts too.

A lot of money for 1 night but it is a huge house so ideal for big family get togethers.
