Chalet at Rainier Lodge (0.4 miles from the entrance)

Very spacious. Plenty of beds. Foosball table. Pretty scenery.

Pretty sure it has bed bugs - and that it results in a bed bug infestation in our home after we returned. There were also loose nails on steps, in addition to sketchy stair steps. Nitpicks: drive up from the leasing office to the chalet was rough ground, no pavement - which meant some slippage and bottom scrapes. Pretty sure my car was also scratched slightly on the outside by the thorn bushes on the path.

The location is hard to find. Especially at night. The basement smells.

Large space with great views. Comfortable beds too. 4 guys wanted a place to crash the night before a big hike on Paradise's Skyline Loop trail which required an early start. The chalet met all of our expectations!

It was a very warm day & night. We had to open the windows to cool down the house but there were no screens on the windows. Consequently the bugs go in making it a bit difficult to sleep.

Location was near Mt Rainer entrance. Enough beds to accommodate our large party of 7. Had an electric stove to cook, microwave, bbq grill (charcoal) and board games to play. Deer roaming around the property in the early morning

Needed a bit more deep cleaning with spider webs around the ceilings. City of Yume was 45 min away for larger grocery store.
