La Dolce Vita Santa Pola - Central & Cosy beach flat!

The house is very beautiful and in an excellent location. It is just a few steps from the sea and has all the necessary amenities. The harbor is only a few minutes away on foot, and from there you can reach Tabarca Island, which is absolutely charming. Laurinha and Nico are attentive and helpful hosts. We will definitely come back!

Well equipped and nicely laid out apartment, felt like a home from home. Great communication with host before and after arrival. Lovely location with inland view, lots of lovely trees and great people watching from the balcony! The balcony also gets lovely evening sunshine ( visited late April). Great supermarket really close by and a minute or 2 on foot from the harbour with plenty of bars and restaurants. Lovely short break and wished we were staying longer.

L'appartement est très bien et bien situé.

Pour l'hiver, il serait utile d'allumer le chauffage avant notre arrivée. Il y a uniquement un chauffage dans le salon, pas dans la chambre, il a très froid dans la chambre jusqu'au lendemain matin. Il manque également une couette chaude d'hiver, nous avons rassemblé toutes les couvertures de la maison pour passer la première nuit.

Una buena estancia, un piso cómodo para 2 personas, muy cerca del mar y del centro, muy bueno para disfrutar del verano. Muy buen trato y comunicación con los dueños y el personal, atentos siempre, rápidos en contestar a todas las preguntas, siempre presentes para resolver cualquier tipo de inconveniente. La cocina tiene de todo y hemos disfrutado del regalito de bienvenida, gracias.

Cerca del mar y con la humedad que hay, el piso necesita mas calefacción. Un AC mas potente y nuevo podría mejorar este aspecto en invierno.

Communication with Laurinha and Nico was outstanding. They set up a WhatsApp group so we could stay in touch and ensure a smooth (and early) check-in. They were also on hand to help with padel-court bookings, bus timetables, etc. As for the flat, it was in anexcellent location, very close to the marina and equidistant between the east and west beach areas. Supermarket, restaurants, fish market and so on were all in easy walking distance. The accommodation itself is comfortable, practical and well appointed, without being luxurious. It is certainly excellent value for money. All in all, we were delighted with our choice and grateful to our hosts.

There was nothing to dislike. From a personal perspective, the pillows were too soft, but that's simply a matter of preference.

Mycket centralt med många restauranger i närheten. Tips; OléPapi! Venezuelansk restaurang Bra livsmedelsbutik 75 m bort, kort promenad till Grand Playa. Mycket köksutrustning enkelt att fixa med mat. Sköna sängar och bra soffa i allrummet. Boendet ligger på våning 1 så man kan även gå uppför trapporna om man inte vill åka hissen. Kommunikationen med Nic och Laura före, under och efter hemkomst har fungerat utmärkt. Svarar nästan direkt när vi kontaktat dem. Hyresvärdar som verkligen bryr sig om sina gäster!

Saknade en mikro. Lägenheten ligger mot norr vilket gör att det inte är sol på balkongen någon gång under dagen. Ganska lyhört. Något som ingen kan påverka är att sopbilen tömmer sopkärlen (på gatan utanför lägenheten) mitt i natten vilket var störande för oss.
