The hotel is a fraud. The booking was for Fab Express Avadh Inn but when we went there at 11.00 PM they said there was no booking, On further request, they said that we will give you some other location. They called some offices and the company was the same. The receipt is enclosed - Some R.K. Palace , they used the same booking reference id which is given by booking.com After booking at booking.com, there was a call after 2 days that you pay Rs. 899 in advance, which we were to pay since we had no option and we had already booked the train tickets. It is worth mentioning that if the hotel was not the same, why did they adjust the advance? Also, they charged us extra for one person saying that it is a booking for one person per room, infact we booked two deluxe rooms that will accommodate 3 persons in total - my wife, myself and my son. The rooms were dirty, toilets were leaking, but kept patient. Further, the booking amount included breakfast which was not given to us. Total amount we paid was Rs. 2989 + Rs. 899 as evident from the receipt. My request is to delist the hotel and ask them to refund our money. Prof. Pankaj Kumar Gupta 9811681138

Had booked with Awadh in but was shifted to Milind palace that is 4kms away from Ram Mandir, and without my confirmation. How can they change my confirmed booking ? And the new hotel was at very bad location and very far from Ram Mandir where I had to spend 200 on one side rickshaw. Also they immediately took the whole booking amount at check in, as they were aware that nobody will stay here Ultimately I shifted to the main area near Mandir, the next day and had to spend there also for hotel. Very Bad Experience and very disappointing

Very nice place .Walkable distance from Hanuman Gadi and Shree Ram Mandir . Room and washroom are well maintained and extremely clean. Recommended if you want to stay close to Hanuman Gadi and Ram Mandir.Staff and Manager are extremely helpful and available 24/7. Easily reachable by e-rickshaw
