The people at resort were great but the actual listing people were awful never checked on us didn't know I had a host becuz they never reached out n when I reached out for additional towels they were so rude room and balcony were gross n dirty n person I spoke with was horribly rude

Liked that it was on 2nd floor and had a balcony and there were no resort fees

Room was not ready upon checking in at 4.15pm, we walked into an uncleaned room. Unable to contact owner as calls were going unanswered. Miss communication from owner cleaners and staff who advised our room was ready but we were advised when we tried to check in again that the owner had cancelled the booking. We then had no other choice but to find other accommodation

The room was clean, spacious, quiet, oh so comfortable, and with a view of The Signature's pool. We prefer a room away from casinos and crowds, so this room was perfect. This resort is within easy walking distance to the MGM Grand's restaurants and casino.

My only complaint is that there were no device charging ports in the room. I only brought one charging block so it was little inconvenient. Otherwise, no issues at all.

"Room was great but we had key issues!"

First of all there was confusion as to where you get the key as the desk said we do not give out the keys but turned out they did after many text to the owner as to how to get the keys! Then auto key lock malfunctioned 3 times locking us out of our room. First time battery needed to be changed on the lock after 3 trips back to the desk. Second and third time was the device needing to be reprogrammed. Multiple times the hotel said it not their problem as there is a private owner and to contact the owner. But the hotel did send a maintenance person up eventually. First time we needed to get in the room as we had just arrived and we were tired after getting up at 4 am and flying. Second time we needed to get into the room as our granddaughter was getting married and our wedding clothes were locked in the room very disconcerting! The third time we came home late from the wedding and thought we might have to rent a room on a busy holiday weekend as the hotel’s attitude was it is not our problem your owner’s problem. The hotel maintenance person came through but it was disconcerting as they said repeatedly not our problem. The second and third times were reprogramming after the battery change. Be aware there is no onsite representative to support you if there are problems. Our third day the locked worked fine (we did have about 8 trips back down to the desk in total to resolve the lock problem so lots of stress to be locked out!)
