MGM Signature Condo Hotel by Owner - No Resort Fee !!

Everything was amazing! The room was huge and clean. The bed was super comfortable and the spa tub was awesome!

valet was swamped at check in, a real nightmare but they “made it right”. not thrilled with the maid service, very limited.

We loved our entire stay even the baggage being held for us after we checked out. Our room was roomy and clean. It also provided all essentials needed for our stay. The outside provided a warm fireplace by the pool.

There was one hair in the tub. I always wipe down a jacuzzi before I get in. I found a hair but otherwise it was clean.

Terrible experience and an irresponsible owner.

Terrible experience. We paid almost $300 per night for our stay and found dirty sheets and a huge noise at night (because someone forgot to close the balcony door in the room next to us). The property is owned by a private owner with no resources to assist us beyond 10 am to 5 pm. Thus, we couldn't receive any timely service and had to sleep with our cloth on in a noisy room. To make it worse, the owner denied any responsibilities and played a game with booking.com with slow communication only through messages to prevent us from canceling the reservation and finding another place for the rest of our stay. Stay away from this property! At least, reserve the ones managed by MGM Signature (onsite 7/24) to get timely service.
