GBGBGBGBLocation was okay. Walking into town and seafront was no problem. And we really liked the playground across the road. (Well the kids did) Convenience store and takeaways and pubs all near...so that's always a bonus. The flat was nicely presented and clean.
Parking situation. Top floor with suitcases and small children was difficult. Wish I'd known it was top floor. (I wouldn't go here with kids under 6 years old at all.) The communal areas were grubby and smelt of dog food spillage.

AUThe apartment was very modern & functional. We had our two adult daughters with us and it was the ideal place for the four of us. It had a new kitchen with good appliances so we could cook for ourselves easily. It was also well located within easy reach to all Brighton's attractions, shops, restaurants & supermarkets. All up, we enjoyed our time there.
One slight drawback was the 4 flights of stairs as it was on the top floor. A bit difficult if you had large & heavy luggage
AUThis apartment was perfect for our stay in Brighton. Will was a great host, very responsive and checking in with us to see how he could help. Getting the key was very easy.
The flat is on the top floor so good to know if anyone has walking difficulties
